When you browse the site, we record which deals you view and save, and any enquiries you submit, so we can show you your own saved deals and follow up on enquiries.
How we use it
Your account details let you log in, save deals, and submit enquiries. If you tick the marketing consent box at signup, we may also call, email, or text you about new investment deals and opportunities. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us — see below.
If you submit an enquiry about a specific deal, a member of the team will contact you about it, regardless of your marketing consent setting — that's a direct response to your own request, not marketing.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in, and one short-lived cookie per deal page to avoid counting the same visit twice in our view statistics. Neither is used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your data with third parties. It's used internally by our team to manage deals and follow up on enquiries and investor interest.
